OpenRouter.ai Integration as a Translation Channel

0. Menu Bar -> Translation Settings -> OpenRouter Settings Interface
1. In the API KEY field, enter the API Key obtained from the OpenRouter platform. You can get it from this URL: https://openrouter.ai/settings/keys
2. Select a model from the model dropdown, or you can enter and select other models.
3. After testing without issues, save the settings.
