If you select multiple audio or video files for translation at once, they will be processed simultaneously without interruption.

If you select only one video, after speech transcription is complete, a separate subtitle editing window will pop up. You can modify the subtitles here to ensure higher accuracy in subsequent steps.

To skip the editing window and proceed directly to the next step, go to Menu - Tools - Advanced Options - Single Video Interaction Mode Pause Time - Set to 0.

1. After Speech Recognition Stage, Subtitle Editing Window Appears

You can edit the transcribed results, such as correcting typos or mistakes.

If you prefer to use third-party tools or directly modify the SRT file, click the Open Subtitle Folder button. You will see a file named original-language-code.srt (e.g., Chinese would be zh-cn.srt). Open this file directly, make changes, and save it. Then, in the software interface, click Save and Continue to use your modified SRT file for subsequent steps.

2. After Subtitle Translation Completed, Subtitle Editing Window Appears

This allows you to set different voice roles for each speaker or assign a specific voice role to each subtitle line.

Once subtitle translation is complete, a window for editing subtitles and changing voice roles pops up.

You can assign a dubbing character to each speaker for multi-character dubbing or assign a specific character to each subtitle line.

If you want to use third-party tools or directly modify the translated SRT file, click the Open Subtitle Folder button. You'll find a file named target-language-code.srt (e.g., English would be en.srt). Open it, make changes, save it, and then click Save and Continue in the software interface to proceed with your modified SRT file.

3. After Dubbing Completion, Subtitle Editing and Dubbing Review Panel Appears

After dubbing is finished, before speed adjustment and alignment, a panel will show each subtitle line along with its corresponding dubbing. You can check the dubbing and re-dub if necessary.

This interface is mainly used for a final check of subtitle content, adjusting the timeline, and previewing dubbing effects before video synthesis.

1. Step 1: Stop the Countdown

When you enter the interface, a yellow countdown button will appear at the top (e.g., Click to stop countdown (85)).

• Action: Immediately click this button.
• Reason: If you don't, the program will automatically save the current state and proceed to the next step when the countdown ends. To have enough time for review and edits, pause it first.

2. Interface Area Breakdown

Each row represents one subtitle line, divided into two layers with the following functions:

A. Top Layer: Time and Status Control

From left to right:

1. Sequence Number [1]: Indicates the subtitle line number.
2. Start Time Fine-Tuning [-] 0.1 [+]:
   • Click -: Makes this line start earlier (by 0.1 seconds each click).
   • Click +: Makes this line start later (by 0.1 seconds each click).
   • Note: The start time cannot be earlier than the end time of the previous line.
3. Time Display: Shows the current Start Time -> End Time (Duration).
4. End Time Fine-Tuning [-] 0.1 [+]:
   • Click -: Makes this line end earlier (by 0.1 seconds each click).
   • Click +: Makes this line end later (by 0.1 seconds each click).
   • Note: The end time cannot be later than the start time of the next line.
5. Status Information:
   • Dubbing x.xxs Exceeds x.xxs: Means the dubbing is too long to fit within the subtitle's time. The program will automatically speed up the audio. If you don't want it sped up, extend the end time or shorten the text and re-dub.
   • Dubbing x.xxs Shorter x.xxs: Means the dubbing is shorter than the subtitle time. This is normal and will result in a brief silence.
6. Function Buttons:
   • Re-dub: After modifying the text below, you must click this button. The program will generate new speech based on the updated text.
   • Preview Dubbing: Plays the dubbing for the current subtitle line so you can check pronunciation or tone.

B. Bottom Layer: Text Editing Box

• Action: Double-click directly on the dark background text box to edit the content.
• Purpose: Correct typos, simplify sentences (if the dubbing is too long), or add details.
• Delete Dubbing: If you don't want a dubbing for this line, simply clear the text box.

3. Common Operation Scenarios

Scenario 1: I think the dubbing is too fast/too rushed

• Symptom: Status shows <Exceeds>.
• Solution:
  1. Click the + sign on the right to extend the end time, giving more room for the dubbing.
  2. Alternatively, modify the text below by removing some redundant words, then click Re-dub.

Scenario 2: Too long a gap between two subtitle lines

• Solution:
  1. Click the + sign on the previous line's right to make it end later.
  2. Click the - sign on the next line's left to make it start earlier.

Scenario 3: The dubbing mispronounces a word, or I want to change the dialogue

• Solution:
  1. Modify the text in the text box below.
  2. Click the Re-dub button on the right.
  3. Wait a few seconds, then click Preview Dubbing to confirm the result.

Scenario 4: Clicking + or - has no effect, or a red warning appears

• Cause: The time you're adjusting conflicts with another line!
  • Example: You want to extend the end time, but the next subtitle line starts immediately, leaving no room.
• Solution: First adjust the start time of the next line (click + to move it back) to create space, then adjust the current line.

4. Completing the Task

After reviewing all subtitles:

• Save and Continue to Next Step: Confirm everything is correct, save changes, and start video synthesis.
• Cancel This Task: Discard current operations and close the window.

💡 Tips

• Regarding Lag: If the list is long, please be patient when scrolling or clicking. The program is optimized and usually responds quickly.
• Automatic Deletion: If a line's text is cleared or its dubbing duration shows 0s, that dubbing will not be included in the final synthesis.
