OpenaiTTS Dubbing Channel

This uses ChatGPT's TTS-1 model for dubbing. First, ensure you have a paid ChatGPT account with permission to call the TTS-1 model. Then, fill in the relevant information in the menu: Settings -> ChatGPT & Compatible APIs.

After that, select the desired voice role in the dubbing character settings.
