OpenaiTTS Dubbing Channels

This uses the ChatGPT TTS-1 model for dubbing. First, ensure you have a paid ChatGPT account with access to the TTS-1 model. Then, fill in the relevant information in Menu Settings -- ChatGPT and Compatible APIs.

Then select the desired character in the dubbing role.
