This software is a free tool developed by an independent developer using open-source speech recognition models and combined with third-party translation APIs and third-party voice-over APIs, aiming to provide video translation and dubbing functions. The developer ensures that no user data will be acquired or stored during the operation of the software.
The speech recognition function (openai and faster modes) integrated in this software runs entirely in the local environment and does not involve sending any data to the developer's server. When using third-party translation APIs and voice-over APIs, the relevant data will be directly transmitted from the user's computer to the third-party server, without being processed by the developer's server. This software does not require user registration or login, and does not collect or store any personal information.
This software is purely a personal hobby project. The developer has no profit-making purpose, has not formulated any profit plan, and does not provide paid technical support or other paid services.
This software does not provide video content transfer functions, nor does it encourage or support any form of video content re-uploading. This software is only intended to reduce language barriers when watching foreign language videos.
